Whether you prefer the relaxation of a wet or dry heat our NEW steam and sauna rooms provide a comfortable facility in which to unwind after your ‘workout’.
Lockers, showers and changing cubicles are available in the Health Suite for your convenience. As this is a mixed facility, swim-wear must be worn.
